with staff from 16 offices in attendance, Endeavor annual EMEA retreat at El Gouna, Egypt was a resounding success full of networking, activities, and gatherings that provided opportunities for us to share knowledge, learn new skills, and gain fresh perspectives.

The retreat was was full of experiences through each day’s activities, from team building activities, challenges, talks and parties!

But it wasn’t just about this – we had plenty of time to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The night-outs were a particular highlight, with live music, delicious food, and plenty of happy moments.

These unstructured moments of networking were just as important as the more structured parts of the program, as they allowed us to build relationships and connect with all colleagues.

It was a legit retreat that left us feeling inspired, energized, and excited for what’s to come. We’re already looking forward to future events where we can continue to connect, learn, and inspire together 🚀
